We then study the soil investigation report and carry out a detailed site visit. By assessing the soil and rock profile, groundwater conditions, site access, neighbouring structures, project requirements, and site constraints, we build a complete understanding of the ground before engineering begins.
This allows us to identify risks early, reduce uncertainty, and establish the right technical direction.

Based on the site's specific conditions, we engineer a foundation system, construction methodology, and execution plan tailored to deliver the safest, most efficient, and technically robust solution.
This includes selecting the appropriate piling method, determining pile diameters and depths, designing excavation support systems, and evaluating any ground improvement requirements. Throughout this stage, we work closely with clients and consultants to refine the methodology, improve constructability, and optimise performance.
The final engineering solution forms the basis of our technical and commercial proposal, with the methodology aligned before tender submission and commercial negotiations.

Once appointed, we mobilise the appropriate equipment, teams, materials, and resources to site. From setting up piling rigs to planning material movement and site logistics, every aspect of mobilisation is coordinated before work begins.
